Local Priorities

Anti-social behaviour

Issued: 10 Mar 2026

Status Update

Police continue to tackle antisocial behaviour with daily and evening patrols and a regular presence at the newly installed pod, where officers are available to speak with the public. Our approach includes identifying those responsible, offering advice, engaging with parents and guardians, and using proportionate measures such as Community Protection Warnings (CPWs) where needed. By combining visible policing with early intervention, we aim to reduce ASB and improve community safety.

Officers are also engaging with local businesses to share crime prevention advice and gather intelligence.
